This year will mark the 11th consecutive year that The Larkins have performed together as a family. Each year The Larkins perform over 100 dates in the United States and Canada while still finding time over the past two years to take their music of the Great Smokey Mountains to Israel, Ireland, Japan and to the Second Annual Bluegrass Cruise. And 2001 will mark their 7th consecutive year of presenting their music to the crowds at Dollywood. Five family members make up the Larkins: Seventeen year old Kristina on lead vocals and mandolin; eighteen year old Shaunna on fiddle and harmony vocals, while sister Rachel plays bass and mother Barbara plays banjo and piano and dad Lowell sings baritone and plays guitar.
