Arthur Sculley is a general partner of Sculley Brothers LLC,
a private international investment and advisory firm. He spent twenty-five years
at JP Morgan including sixteen years in corporate finance and nine years in
asset management and was head of the $80 billion private bank and a Managing
Director. During the 1970's, Arthur Sculley spent eight years in Hong Kong and
Singapore helping to establish Morgan's presence in S.E. Asia.
After leaving JP Morgan in 1995, he specialized in B2B and
B2B exchanges primarily in financial services. Arthur Sculley was an early
pioneer in recognizing the importance of the internet to large corporations and
in 1997 Institutional investor selected him for the top twenty people
revolutionizing online finance. He has been co-founder and/or Chairman of
several highly successful B2B companies including IntraLinks, Credit Trade ad
the electronic Bermuda Stock Exchange. Arthur Sculley has become a
world-recognized authority on B2B exchanges and has acted as an advisor to the
governments of Ireland , New Zealand and Bermuda .
In 1999 Arthur Sculley co-authored a best seller business
book: B2B Exchanges - The Killer Application in the Business-to-Business
Internet Revolution published in four languages.
