Dr. Lawrence Chimerine is managing director and chief
economist at the Economic Strategy Institute (ESI) in Washington, D.C.; a senior
economic advisor at The WEFA Group in Eddystone, PA; and president of Randor
International Consulting Inc. in Randor, PA. He is the former chairman, chief
executive, and chief economist of Chase Econometrics and The WEFA Group.
As an economic consultant, Dr. Lawrence Chimerine has lent

financial institutions, and government agencies. Dr. Lawrence Chimerine provides
