Training Group in Santa Barbara, California. Jack is a best-selling author, a
professional speaker, a successful businessman, and a consultant to companies
such as Campbell Soup, GE, NCR, Scott Paper, Clairol, Johnson & Johnson, and
Sunkist. Jack's background includes a BA from Harvard, a master's degree from
the University of Massachusetts, and an honorary doctorate from the University
of Santa Monica. He has been a high school and university teacher, a trainer, a
successful psychotherapist, and the founder of three training companies.
