Jackie earned her master's degree in Communication from San Diego State University and her doctorate in Leadership from the University of San Diego. Jackie is known for her business savvy. She also worked with Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company to design the first-ever CD-ROM training tool for family-owned businesses and provided expert commentary on the complex and engaging issues facing family businesses. Jackie served as an executive coach at the Center for Creative Leadership where she worked with senior level decision-makers on how to improve their leadership skills. And as a former director of the Institute for Quality and Productivity, Jackie provided companies with training and education to enhance their product and service quality.
