Alan Parisse - "Humor, history, and homespun philosophy were my youthful passions. This former career investment executive and marketing professional has a unique ability to assist companies in placing their organizational problems in historical and philosophical context. In July 2001, the National Speakers Association honored Alan Parisse by inducting him into their Hall of Fame. Before he started speaking professionally, Alan Parisse, MBA, CSP, CPAE, had an impressive career in the investment business as a senior executive with Oppenheimer and other national investment firms.

Now Alan Parisse works with a wide range of organizations, many of them undergoing major transitions. He develops a high level of rapport and credibility with audiences, enabling him to deliver substantive, provocative, and sometimes uncomfortable information in a way that not only challenges, but also inspires and entertains.

Alan Parisse has been a guest lecturer at Stanford and Wharton. He holds a BS from the University of Buffalo, an MBA from the University of Arizona, and is a Certified Speaking Professional.

The author of numerous articles, four technical books, and several audio programs, Alan Parisse is currently writing a book about the paradoxes of our times. His ideas have been cited in many business journals, including The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Barron's, and Executive Excellence.
