Cross Canadian Ragweed consists of front man and lead guitarist Cody Canada, drummer Randy Ragsdale, rhythm guitarist Grady Cross and bassist Jeremy Plato. Together, Ragweed has spent the last seven years captivating audiences by playing popular venues all over Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas opening up for acts such as Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Gary P. Nunn, Robert Earl Keen, Jack Ingram, Todd Snider, The Great Divide, Chris LeDoux, David Allen Coe and many others. While most acts rely on major record label persuasion and promotion, Cross Canadian Ragweed has proven themselves by relentless touring, first-rate songwriting and a live show that has become their greatest asset. Long driving hours and sleep depravation has never affected a Cross Canadian Ragweed show. The on stage communication between the members is mind blowing especially giving the fact that this band never uses a set list. They are a real life, rowdy-ass, good-timin' group of musicians that would no doubt make our music rebel forefathers proud.

At a time when many music fans are sick of the pop country blandness that Nashville has been putting out, and not being able to find any good new rock and roll either, Cross Canadian Ragweed delivers with heartfelt lyrics and feel-good music. Growing up around the "red dirt" sounds in Stillwater, Oklahoma and cutting their teeth in the Texas bars has found this band with a season exceeds their age. Cross Canadian Ragweed IS the band in the van bringing their music straight to the people, regardless of the obstacles in their path.
