Three-time Grammy winner and Oscar nominee Dolly Parton is one of the most versatile and well-loved American entertainers. With 50 albums to her credit since 1968, Dolly Parton has received seven Country Music Awards, three People's Choice Awards and her own star on the Walk of Fame. Born to poverty in the Appalachian hills of East Tennessee, Dolly Parton wrote heart-tugging songs and day-dreamed as a child.
