He has served as a corporate coach for several Fortune 500 companies, including Citibank, R&R Donnelly and Sons, Jefferson Pilot Communications, Caterpillar, and also Knight-Ridder Newspapers. Jack Lannom addressed a leadership conference of more than 1,000 members of the U.S. Department of Labor and received a spontaneous standing ovation at the conclusion of his presentation.
