Roy Firestone is known for his work as host of ESPN's Up Close Prime Time, he has interviewed nearly every major sports figure. Recipient of the prestigious Northeastern University Award for Broadcast Journalism and an accomplished singer, impressionist and humorist, Roy Firestone's television career spans nearly twenty years.

Roy Firestone has hosted the nationally syndicated series Life's Most Embarrassing Moments, NFL on ESPN, the Los Angeles Lakers' Pre-Game Show and Sports Comedy Around the World.

Among his awards are six Emmy Awards, two ACE Awards, and the Northeastern University Award for Broadcast Journalism. Roy Firestone has made cameo appearances in several films including the blockbuster "Jerry Maguire."

As an entertainer, Roy Firestone has shared the bill with Frank Sinatra, Loretta Lynn, Vic Damone, Gladys Knight, and the Four Tops to name a few.
